摘　　要： 目的研究中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年9月-2016年8月期间在本院进行治疗的恶性肿瘤患者,将76例患者随机分为2组,每组38例。其中,一组患者实施FMV疗法(对照组),另一组采用中西医结合治疗(观察组)。对比两组恶性肿瘤患者的近期疗效、免疫指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组恶性肿瘤患者的近期疗效为60.53%,自然杀伤细胞的细胞活性[(46.75±10.26)%]、巨噬细胞吞噬率[(46.58±9.95)%]、T4/T8[(1.72±0.55)%]等免疫指标以及恶心呕吐(31.58%)、白细胞减少(26.32%)、贫血(23.68%)等各项不良反应发生率,均比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果优越。 Objective To study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods 76 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016, with a total of 38 cases in each group.Among them, a group of patients with FMV therapy （ the control group）, the other group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （ the observation group）. Compared with the two groups of patients with malignant tumors in the short-term efficacy, immune indicators and adverse reactions.Results The therapeutic effect of patients with malignant tumor was 60.53%,the cell viability of natural killer cells [（46.75±10.26）%], macrophage phagocytosis rate [（46.58 ± 9.95）%）], T4 / T8 [（1.72±0.55] detected immune indices such as nausea and vomiting （31.58%）, leukopenia （26.32%）, anemia （23.68%） and the incidence of adverse reactions,were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is superior in patients with malignant tumor.
