摘　　要： 目的分析消化内科常见不合理用药问题,制定相关措施,观察其应用效果。方法将2015年1月1日至2015年12月31日100例消化内科患者作为对照组研究对象,2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日期间的100例消化内科患者作为观察组研究对象。分析对照组常见不合理用药问题,制定应对策略,在观察组中实施。对比两组不合理用药问题的发生情况。结果观察组用药不合理发生概率为4.00%,重复用药发生概率为3.00%,用药量过大发生概率为1.00%,毒副作用明显发生概率为1.00%,均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论消化内科常见不合理用药问题包括用药不合理、重复用药、用药量过大及毒副作用明显,针对性的预防措施可有效降低不合理用药事件的发生概率,保证临床合理用药。 Objective To analyze the problems of irrational drug use in digestive department, formulate relevant measures, and observe its application effect. Methods From January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, selected 100 patients in Digestive Internal Department as control group research object, from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, selected 100 patients in Digestive Internal Department as observation group research object. Analyzed the irrational drug use problems of control group, formulated relevant measures and carried out in the observation group. The incidence of irrational drug use in two groups was compared. Results The probability of irrational drug use in observation group was 4.00%, the recurrence rate was 3.00%, the probability of excessive dosage was 1.00%, the incidence of side effects was 1.00%, were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The problems of irrational drugs use in the Department of Digestive Internal include irrational use of drugs, repeated drug use, excessive dosage and obvious side effects, targeted preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of irrational drug use events, ensure clinical rational drug use.
