摘　　要： 目的了解我国救援力量个体防护服配备、使用现状，为研发、配备救援人员的个体防护装备提供依据。方法通过编写的调查表，运用互联网调查方法对我国部分国家级、省级救援队员进行了个体防护服配备情况调查。计算构成比、累计构成比等指标，描述被调查人员个体防护服配备状况。结果共643人次的救援人员参与了调研，平均答题使用时间为10．35min（95％CI8．53-12．09min），完成答卷率为67．63％（95CI65．69％-69．56％）。调查结果显示救援人员配发服装占调查者的68．1％（363／533），配发无个体防护功能服装和无配发服装的比例高达52％（277／533）。在配发防护服装的人员中，对服装个体安全防护功能上达到基本满意（含满意）比例为73．1％（264／361）。配备个人防护装备的人中有87．8％（259，295）使用了个人防护装备，24．7％（64／259）的被调查者虽然使用了防护装备但认为防护级别达不到现场防护要求。培训情况调查中有77％调查者参加过含有半数以上人员的培训。结论我国救援人员个体防护装备配备和培训不足；部分救援人员即使配发了个体防护装备也不愿佩戴，这可能与装备尚难满足现场防护需求有关。 Objective In order to offer basic information for researching and equipping the rescue units, the current situation of personal protective equipment was investigated. Methods Web based investigation method was used to acquire information from rescuers ＂by self-designed questionnaire. The situation of personal protective equipment was described according to proportion or cumulative proportion. Results Six hundred and forty three rescuers from 26 provinces or cities were recruited in this study. About 11 minutes （mean 10.35 minutes, 95%CI 8.53-12.09） were used to fill out the questionnaire with the rate of 67.63% （95%CI 65.69%-69.56%） to complete items. Among the rescuers with answers to the questionnaire, 68.1% （363/533） were supplied with protective clothing. More than half of the rescuers （52%, 277/533） had no protective clothing or without protective effect. For those with protective clothing, 73.1% （264/361） of the rescuers gave answers to the satisfaction degrees of above the basic level. Though 87.8% （259/ 295） of the rescuers once used the personal protective equipment, yet nearly a quarter of them （24.7%, 64/259） considerect the equipment below the level for protection in field use. Also, 77% of the rescuers took part in trainings for usage of the equipment with scale of more than the half attended. Conclusion More personal protective equipment and trainings should be supplied for rescuers. The reason that the rescuers reluctant to use the equipment may be explained by the gap between the current functions and the field requirements
