不同强度的红白光质对夏枯草生长、光合特性及迷迭香酸积累的影响

摘  要: 为了进一步理解光在夏枯草生长和有效成分积累中的作用,本研究以LED灯管为光源,分别设置4组不同强度的白光和红光,探究光强和光质对夏枯草幼苗生长指标、光合特性指标、迷迭香酸含量和迷迭香酸生源途径关键酶基因表达的影响。结果发现提高两种光质的强度均可促进夏枯草幼苗的生长,且在同等强度条件下,红光较白光有更加明显的促进作用。迷迭香酸的含量随着光照强度的提高呈上升趋势,同等强度的两种光质相比,红光在较低强度条件下抑制迷迭香酸的积累,较高强度条件下两种光质的调控作用则无明显差异。迷迭香酸生源途径上8个关键酶基因表达量的测定结果表明,PAL、C4H、TAT和RAS的表达受两种光质的诱导,与迷迭香酸含量具有较好的一致性。本研究的结果表明,适当强度的红光可以在不影响夏枯草迷迭香酸积累的情况下促进其生长,在高产优质的夏枯草药材生产中具有较好的应用前景。 LED lamps were used as light sources to investigate the functions of light in the growth and accumulation of bioactive compounds of Prunella vulgaris in this study. The growth index, photosynthetic characteristics, contents of rosmarinic acid(RA) and expression of key enzyme genes in the RA pathway in the P.vulgaris seedlings were emplored in 4 groups treated with white and red lights of different light intensities. As the results shown, both increasing the intensity of white and red lights stimulated the growth of P. vulgaris seedlings,and red light was more useful for the growth compared with the white light of same light intensity. The accumulation of RA showed a growth trend with the increase of light intensity. Compared with corresponding white light, red light depressed the accumulation of RA in the low intensity conditions and had similar regulatory influence with white light in the higher intensity conditions. The expression of PAL, C4 H, TAT and RAS were induced by the light treatments and consistent with the accumulation of RA, which was showed in determination of expression level of 8 key enzyme genes in RA pathway. Our results indicated that red light with proper light intensity could promote the growth of P. vulgaris without affecting the accumulation of rosmarinic acid, red light might be helpful to improve the quality and yield of P. vulgaris in the production practice.
