镉胁迫对超级稻生长及稻米镉积累特性的影响

摘  要: 以超级杂交水稻为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了镉胁迫处理对其生长、稻米镉积累特性的影响。结果表明,低镉(0.68 mg/kg)、高镉(2.01 mg/kg)两种镉胁迫对超级稻株高、有效穗数、穗粒数及千粒重等经济性状影响较小,但在相同镉处理下不同超级稻之间存在较大差异;高镉处理能一定程度上促进地上部分与地下部分生物量增加,尤以根系和叶片生物量增长明显;不同超级稻相同镉处理下生物量差异较大。低镉、高镉胁迫下超级稻稻米镉含量、镉积累量和镉富集系数变幅分别为0.018~0.035 mg/kg、0.37~1.13μg/株、0.032~0.086和0.094~0.208 mg/kg、2.09~5.35μg/株、0.049~0.109。高镉处理对超级稻稻米镉含量、镉积累量、镉富集系数具有明显促进效应,其均值分别较低镉处理增长4.92倍、4.04倍、48.0%。相关性分析表明,土壤镉浓度与超级稻稻米镉含量存在极显著正相关,超级稻稻米产量与镉富集系数存在显著正相关。 The effects of Cd stress on the growth and Cd accumulation of super hybrid rice were studied in pot experiment. The results showed that two kinds of Cd stress(0.68 mg/kg of the low Cd, 2.01 mg/kg of high Cd)had little effect on the plant height, effective panicles, grain number, 1 000-grain weight and other economic traits. But there was a big difference in the same Cd treatment; To a certain extent, the high Cd treatment can promote the increase of the biomass of the aboveground part and the underground part, especially in the root and leaf biomass; The biomass of different super rice was significantly different under the same Cd treatment. The amplitude range of Cd content, Cd accumulation and Cd enrichment coefficient in super rice under low Cd and high Cd stress were 0.018~0.035 mg/kg, 0.37~1.13 μg/strain, 0.032~0.086 and 0.094~0.208 mg/kg, 2.09~5.35 μg/strain,0.049~0.109 respectively. High Cd treatment had obvious promoting effect on Cd content, Cd accumulation and Cd accumulation coefficient in super rice, their average value compared with the low Cd treatment increased 4.92 times, 4.04 times, 48% respectively. Correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant positive correlation between soil Cd concentration and Cd content in super rice, and there was a significant positive correlation between the yield of super rice and the Cd accumulation coefficient.
