摘 要: 青天葵(Nervilia fordii),又名独叶莲、珍珠草,为兰科芋兰属植物,具有清热解毒、润肺止咳、健脾消积等药用功效,是我国传统中药中的一味重要中药材。近年由于乱采滥挖,连叶带球茎采挖加工,导致野生资源日益枯竭,生产供不应求,加之临床需求量大,造成价格上涨。作为经济价值较高的药用植物,对其已有的研究包括化学、药理、以及栽培等方面[1-3]。鉴于其资源紧缺的现状,目前关于如何建立青天葵扩繁体系已然成为研究热点[4-6]。从走茎直径、转接时间、移栽时间等因素对球茎诱导及移栽的影响入手,旨在优化青天葵组织培养体系。另外,针对青天葵组培球茎诱导的特点,引入了"平均球茎鲜重/平均球茎直径"和"总球茎鲜重/总走茎鲜重"这2个参数,从而更系统的对诱导效果进行评价。 Nervilia fordii, also known as single leaf lotus and pearl grass, belongs to Orchidaceae, Nervilia,is an important traditional Chinese medicine with the medicinal efficacy of heat-clearing and detoxifying, lung moistening and cough relieving, spleen strengthening and digestion promoting, etc. Due to over-excavation in recent years, the wild resources of Nervilia fordii were exhausted and the production was in short supply. Coupled with the large clinical demand, the price of Nervilia fordii was increasing significantly. As a medicinal plant with high economic value, some researches on chemistry, pharmacology, and cultivation have been conducted[1-3]. In view of the current shortage of resources, the establishment of propagation system of Nervilia fordii has become a research hotspot[4-6]. This paper studies the effects of amphitropous stem diameter, grafting and transplanting time on the induction and transplanting of corms, aiming at optimizing the tissue culture system of Nervilia fordii. In addition, according to the characteristics of tissue cultured corms induction of Nervilia fordii, this paper introduces the two parameters:"average corm fresh weight/average corm diameter"and"total corms fresh weight/total amphitropous stems fresh weight", so as to systematically evaluate the induction effects.
