摘　　要： 在过去的25年中,对外直接投资(FDI)包括中国对越南的对外直接投资一直在增加。截至2015年底,中国对外直接投资的位置、大小、形态、领域和地域扩张连续上涨。本研究分析了中国对外直接投资在越南的概况,并且表明了越南要想吸引中国的投资,应从理论和实践上遵循国家利益优先的程序,改变越南当局的态度和企业的产能。 In the past 25 years,foreign direct investment（FDI）including China＇s direct investment in Viet-nam is been increasing.By the end of 2015,China＇s FDI went up in a row in the location,amount,formation,terri-tory and regional expansion. This paper reveals the general situation of China＇s FDI in Vietnam, and shows that Vietnam should follow the principle of＂interest of host-state is a priority＂from theory to practice,change the attitude of Vietnamese authorities,and capacity of Vietnamese enterprises if they want to attract FDI from China.
