摘　　要： 农村经济发展缓慢,农业产业脆弱、农民收入不高的"三农"问题已成为制约我国经济平衡发展与社会和谐稳定的重大阻力,而"三农"问题是一个系统工程,需要统筹兼顾、循序推进,为此,党的十八届三中全会明确提出大力发展农村普惠金融的国策。本文基于互联网金融的视角,通过分析我国农村普惠金融发展存在的问题,探索借助互联网+的手段开展农村普惠金融建设的实现路径。 The flowing ＂three farms issue＂ ：the rural economic develop slowly, the agricultural industry is weak, the low income of farmers＇,which is become restrictions and resistances of economic balancing develop-ment and social harmony. Because of ＂three farms issue＂ is a system engineering, needing coordinate organiza-tion, step by step, the government clearly indicate that developing inclusive finance in rural areas are very important. The paper based on internet finance, we analysis the problems of inclusive finance in rural areas,and explore the implement path of inclusive finance in rural areas by Internet.
