摘　　要： 通过介绍绿色犯罪学的起源,可以促进对绿色犯罪学研究视角的形成与发展的理解;绿色犯罪学包含与犯罪学相关的环境问题的创新思维方式、研究方法和路径;绿色犯罪学的研究主题有气候变化、粮食和农业、废弃物、非人类动物虐待和环境正义及环境受害者/被害人学等;绿色犯罪学家对环境犯罪及其危害提出了一系列社会和法律应对措施。这些方面可以帮助研究者从整体上理解绿色犯罪学的学科起源、发展和研究方向。 This paper introduces the origin of green criminology, the research on the formation and develop- ment from the perspective of green criminology reviews; describes the environmental problems and criminology re- lated to the innovation of the mode of thinking, research methods and paths; summarizes the green criminological research topics including climate change, food and agriculture, waste, non - human animal abuse and environ- mental justice and environmental victims victimization, and victimology; and comes up with the green criminolo- gists exploration of environmental crime and the harm of social and legal measures, which can help researchers understand the origin of the subject of green criminology
