摘　　要： 醉马草中的主要活性成分-苦马豆素有抗肿瘤作用,文章对其机制研究现状进行综述和评论。笔者介绍了醉马草的物质基础和其主要活性成分苦马豆素的生化性质,论述了苦马豆素的抗肿瘤作用与临床应用,并对醉马草的发展前景进行展望,以期为该药的进一步研究提供参考。 This article mainly reviewed the anti - cancer mechanisms of swainsonine in Achnatherum inebrians, which is one of traditional grasses. The basic substances of Achnatherum inebrians and the biochemical properties of swainsonine were introduced brief- ly. In addition to the most kind of components in Achnatherum inebrians, the anti - cancer action mechanisms of swainsonine were re- viewed in detail. The effective components of clinical application were introduced and the future research trends prospected finally.
