摘　　要： 旅順博物館藏大谷探險隊收集品LM20-1453-13-04文書是一件有關聽養、析户、爲户規定的法典殘文。本文從資料的比對出發,以令文的復原與年代比定爲中心,嘗試給出令文復原案,考訂此殘片内容爲唐《開元三年令》户令的三條殘令文,並從寫本學的角度發軔,對照已知敦煌唐令寫本,對其書寫格式和寫本性質作出探討。 The fragment of No.LM20-1453-13-04 manuscript in Lushun Musuem belongs is one of the codes belongs to the household registration regulations in Tang Dynasty.This article tried to compare these related data,made a recovery about the content of this household registration code and found out this fragment is part of the 3rd year of Tang Kaiyuan reign Order.And from a perspective of the codicology,the writing format of this fragment can be concluded as important value in writing philology too.
