摘 要: 为了提高模具自由曲面的抛光精度和抛光效率,通过对曲面进行归类和划分,提出了自由曲面的划分方法,并用实例说明对自由曲面进行分片和重构,提高建模精度,从而提高抛光精度和抛光效率,解决了人工抛光的随意性和低效率问题;分析抛光路径对抛光精度的影响,选择合理的抛光路径,从而达到理想的抛光效果。 In order to improve the polishing precision and polishing efficiency,the method of dividing free-form surface is presented by means of classifying and dividing the surface,and an example is given to illustrate the reconstruction and reconstruction of free-form surface in order to improve the polishing precision and polishing efficiency,the utility model solves the problems of random and low efficiency of manual polishing; the influence of polishing path on the polishing precision is analyzed,and the reasonable polishing path is selected to achieve the ideal polishing effect.
