摘　　要： 苯乙酸纯品是一种具有植物清香的片状白色结晶体,但工业品级别的苯乙酸则带有令人不愉悦的气味,因苯乙酸具有羧基、亚甲基氢和苯环的结构,能够发生许多较为经典的有机反应,在医药、农药、香料及其他有机合成工业化当中有广泛的用途。本文针对苯乙酸生产工艺的一种改进方法,在反应过程中将副产的氨气经吸收后形成副产物氨水,在提高经济效益的同时也提高了另一副产品硫酸钠的品质。 Pure acetic acid is a flaky white crystal with plant fragrance,but the industrial grade of phenylacetic acid with an unpleasant odor. Because phenylacetic acid has a carboxyl,methylene hydrogen and benzene ring structure,can produce many more classic organic reactions,in medicine,pesticides,spices and other organic synthesis industries have a wide range of uses.The author of this paper,in the process of reaction the by-product of the ammonia which were absorpted to be ammonia solution,in improving economic efficiency,while also improving the quality of another by-product of sodium sulfate.
