摘 要: 目的研究急性应激强度下小鼠学习记忆能力的变化以及海马和前脑皮层HIF-1α的表达。方法采用电击足底方式对小鼠急性应激处理,通过Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,采用免疫组织化学方法检测小鼠海马和前脑皮层缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)的表达。结果急性应激组小鼠在水迷宫实验中的空间学习记忆能力比正常对照组小鼠明显增强(P<0.05);脑内海马CA1区、CA3区、齿状回和前脑皮层HIF-1α的表达显著增加(P<0.01)。结论急性应激后,HIF-1α在海马和前脑皮层表达增加,可能参与应激引起小鼠学习记忆功能的增强。 Objective To study the changes of spatial learning-memory ability after acute stress, and the expression of Hypoxia inducible tactor- 1α (HIF-1α) of prefrontal cortex (PFC) and hippocampus (HP) in mice brain. Methods The acute stress model mice with foot shock were applied. The spatial learning- memory in mice was determined by Morris water maze task, and the expression of HIF-1α in HP and PFC were observed by immunohistochemieal method. Results Compared with the control group mice, the ability of spatial learning and memory in acute stress group mice were significantly increased (P〈0.05). The expression of HIF-1α in CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus of HP and PFC were significantly enhanced in acute stress group mice (P 〈0.01). Conclusion The enhancement of learning-memory function induced by acute stress in mice, which may be nearly associated with the up-regnlated of HIF-1α expression in HP and PFC.
