摘 要: 秸塑复合材料(Straw-Plastic Composites,SPC)作为木塑复合材料领域内的一大新兴种类,具有更高的环保意义和商业价值。现阶段改善麦秸秆与塑料的界面相容性是秸塑复合材料研究领域的热点,本文从秸秆的原材料特性角度出发,通过物理改性、化学改性、生物改性三个方面,结合国内外相关报道及最新研究进展,概述了秸塑复合材料界面改性相关技术的发展趋势,并着重阐述了以马来酸化烯烃为主的界面相容剂,以硅烷为主偶联剂对秸塑复合材料界面改性的研究动态。此外,本文还指出了现阶段秸塑复合材料改性技术在工业规模化应用所面临的问题,并提出了展望。 Straw-plastic composite(SPC) is a new composite material of wood-plastic composites(WPC), it will bring about higher environmental efficacy and commercial benefits in the future.Developing interface compatibility of straw and PP/PVC is one focus of this research. Beginning with the characteristic of raw material, this paper has introduced the modified methods in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Meanwhile, the paper expounds the prospect in research of SPC and the key technology in this research with the report of the overseas relevant research dynamic. The focus of this paper is the research trends of Maleic anhydride, which is the mainly compatibilizer and silane, which is the mainly coupling agent, in interfacial modification of SPC. In addition, some problems in industrial production of interfacial modification of SPC is mentioned, and we put forward some suggestions.
