剪式液压升降台运动参数的确定

摘  要: 科学、合理地确定液压缸的有效行程及其它运动参数,是剪式液压升降台设计的关键。若液压缸的有效行程太大,当工作台下降到较低位置时,柱塞可能撞击液压缸底;而若有效行程太小,则当工作台升到最高位置时,柱塞可能从液压缸中脱出。液压缸的有效行程受各运动参数的影响,而这些参数又影响液压缸的受力,各参数之间的影响错综复杂。要设计出液压缸受力小,而又能满足运动要求的剪式液压升降台,必须明确各参数之间的相互关系,进行综合分析。本文通过分析剪式液压升降台的运动过程,推导出满足升降台升降的相关参数的关系式;通过分析和比较升降台在负重上升过程中液压缸推力的变化规律,得出了铰架仰角的取值范围、液压缸的有效行程及有关运动参数的取值规律,为剪式液压升降台的设计提供了理论依据。 The key issue of designing scissors type hydraulic elevation table is scientifically and rationally to determine the effective hydraulic cylinder itinerary and other movement parameters. Cylinder effective itinerary is too small, when the table rose to the highest position, the plunger may emerge from the hydraulic cylinder; effective trip is too big, when the table fell to a lower position, the plunger may have an impact on hydraulic cylinder bottom, the table should not drop location. Hydraulic cylinder effective trip is influenced by various movement parameters, and these parameters have an impact on the hydraulic cylinder's force, the influence between various parameters is complicated. To design the scissors type hydraulic elevation table which satisfies the requirements of course and has small hydraulic cylinder force, the correlation between parameters must be clear, and a comprehensive analysis must be carried on. The formula satisfied the parameter of elevating table's lifting and dropping is educed by analyzing the movement of scissors type hydraulic elevation table. The analysis and comparison of oil cylinder pushing force in over heavy lifting course, pointing out sampling scope of hinge frame altitude angle, the effective trip of hydraulic cylinder and sampling regulation of structural parameter, and providing the theory basis of series design for elevating table.
