摘　　要： 《广东省水利水电工程概(估)算编制规定(试行)》(2006版)是根据水利部水总[2002]116号文发布的《水利工程设计概(估)算编制规定》,结合广东省当时水利水电工程建设特点编制而成的。该计价文件实施10 a有余,建设管理费的计算方式和取费标准在一定程度上已经无法满足广东省当前水利水电工程建设的实际需要。该文通过内容、费率及测算结果对比等方式对《广东省水利水电工程概(估)算编制规定(试行)》中建设管理费进行分析,并对建设管理费计算方法和费率等内容提出建议。 ＂Guangdong Province Water Resources and Hydropower Project Summary （estimated） Calculation Requirements （Trial） ＂ issued by Water Resources Department of Guangdong Province in 2006, is based on the ＂Water Conservancy Project Design Summary （estimated） Calculation of the Provisions ＂ issued by the ministry of water resources of the People＇s Republic of China and combined with construction of water conservancy and hydropower project characteristics of Guangdong Province at that time. The construction management costs calculation methods and fees are unable to meet current actual construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects needs of Guangdong Province since this document has been implemented more than ten years. In this paper, comparison of contents, rates and calculation results of construction management costs in ＂Guangdong Province Water Resources and Hydropower Project Summary （estimated） calculation requirements （Trial）＂ are analyzed. As a further, suggestions on the calculation methods and rates of construction management costs are put forward.
