基于相关双采样技术的外场激光功率测量研究

摘  要: 在外场激光试验过程中,准确测量日光环境下激光的功率对试验有着至关重要的作用。为了解决此类试验中被测激光信号受环境光影响的问题,采用PIN光电二极管实现光电转换和相关双采样及差动放大的方法,可在室外日光条件下实现激光光斑功率的测量。试验测量结果表明:该激光功率测量系统测量波长范围为532nm-1064nm(外场激光试验常用波长);在灯光环境下(灯光中532nm波长光功率密度为841.3nw/mm2)测量532nm波长激光功率时,系统最小可测量信噪比为-23.4d B,可获得的动态范围为-24.5-+4.8d Bm(日光功率密度与激光功率密度比值为7-15)。 As the experiment is conducted outside, it is very important to measure the laser power accurately eliminating the impact of sunlight. Laser power is affected by the ambient light completely when it is measured in sunlight. In order to solve this problem, PIN photodiode to achieve photoelectric conversion is uesed. The effect on the measurement results by ambient light is basically eliminated, owing that the correlated double sampling and differential amplification method is adopted. The results show that the wavelength of laser can be detected ranges from 532nm to 1064nm. When measure the wavelength of 532nm laser power under the sunlight, the system's minimum detectable signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is - 23.4dB, the dynamic range of laser power is from -24.5dBm to +4.8 dBm ( 3. 52μW - 3 mW).
