摘 要: 简述了大张力控制的总体方案,提出了一种以磁粉制动器为执行元件,用张力传感器作为对纤维丝束进行张力实时检测的反馈元件,运用张力分配方案对张力进行调整的闭环控制系统,建立了张力控制的数学模型,搭建了软件实验平台。基于该平台,分别进行了恒张力、大张力阶跃的实验研究。实验结果表明,所设计的张力控制系统响应速度快,张力波动小,满足纤维缠绕大张力控制的要求。 The general scheme of high tension control system is introduced. A fiber high winding tension control system was de- signed, with a set of the magnetic powder brake as the actuator, with tension sensor of fiber ribbon tension real-time monitoring as feedback element, and setting the tension control allocation scheme to adjust the tension of a closed-loop control system. The mathe- matical model was established, while the way to design hardware and software platform of the tension control system. Study works on constant tension, tension step response were carried out separately base on the proposed platform. Experimental results show that the proposed tension control system responses fast and the tension fluctuation rate is low, which can satisfy the requirements of the high tension control for fiber winding.
