摘 要: 研究并构建了基于海德汉i TNC530数控系统的自动化生产线,给出了机械系统的组成和动作流程,确定了控制管理系统的架构及通讯策略,并详细阐述了自动线主控单元与i TNC530的系统的连接方法,并实现了机床自动化生产线的DNC控制和连接。 The work is aimed to research and build an automatic production line based on HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 computer nu- merical control (CNC) system. The construction and workflow of the mechanical system were shown, and the iramework and communi- cation strategy, of the control and management system were determined. It was furtber described in detail the method for connecting the main control unit of the production line to the iTNC530 system. The DNC control and connection of the automated machine tool produc- tion line are realized.
