摘　　要： 回顾分析1例AECOPD呼吸衰竭合并冠心病患者的临床资料，总结其急救护理方法。护士通过密切观察病情，采取一系列及时有效的救治及护理措施，使患者成功脱离危险，转出ICU。 The clinical data of 1 patients with acute respiratory failure secondary to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with coronary heart disease （CHD） were retrospectively analyzed. The nurses closely observed the disease conditions and took a series of timely and effective treatment and nursing measures, and the patient was out of danger and tranferred from ICU.
