摘　　要： 目的评价视频脑电监测在新生儿惊厥诊断中的应用，为临床新生儿惊厥的诊断提供参考。方法搜集2015年3月至2016年3月人住本院新生儿科有惊厥发作并行视频脑电监测的50例新生儿为研究对象，回顾患儿的临床资料，包括性别、年龄、常见病因、发作形式、脑电结果。结果50例惊厥新生儿中，脑电图结果正常23例，异常27例。其中以HIE、颅内出血异常率最高。发作期痫性放电15例；发作间期痫样放电7例，背景活动正常；背景异常伴发作间期放电3例；背景异常2例。监测到39例新生儿发作，发作期和／或发作间期无痫性放电，诊断为非癫痫性发作。结论视频脑电监测对新生儿惊厥的诊断具有重要价值，有利于早期干预，减少神经系统后遗症。 Objective To evaluate the application of video-electroencephalography （video-EEG） in the diagnosis of neonatal seizures and to provide some references for the diagnosis of neonatal seizures. Methods 50 neonates admitted into and undertaking video-EEG at the department of neonates of our hospital from March, 2015 to March, 2016 were collected as study objects. Their clinical data, including gender, age, etiology, attack, and EEG results, were reviewed. Results Among the 50 neonates, 23 had normal EEG and 27 abnormal. The abnormal rates of HIE and intracranial hemorrhage were the highest. In the episode of epilepsy, 15 cases got epilepsy discharge; 7 cases got epilepsy discharge in the interval between the onsets of epilepsy; 3 cases had abnormal background activities and discharge in the interval; and 2 cases had abnormal background. No epileptic discharge was detected in the 39 cases of neonatal seizures, or during or without seizures. Conclusions Video- EEG monitoring is of great value in the diagnosis of neonatal seizures. It is beneficial for early intervention and reducing neurological sequelae.
