摘　　要： 目的探讨抗精子抗体（AsAb）与前列腺炎性不育（PI）的相关性。方法检索Pubmed、中国知网（CNKI）、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、万方医药期刊数据库（wF）建库至2017年3月11日的AsAb与PI文献，用RevMan5．3进行Meta分析。结果纳入文献4篇，累计纳入样本349例（PI组205例、前列腺炎生育组144例），PI组血清的AsAb阳性率、AsAb表达均明显高于前列腺炎生育组（P〈O．01）。结论血清AsAb与PI存在相关性，可作为PI的预报指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between antisperm antibody （AsAb） and infertility caused by prostatitis （PI）. Methods PubMed, CNKI, VIP, CBM, and Wanfang Data were electronically searched to March 1 lth, 2017 for all the observational studies about AsAb and PI. Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software. Results 4 controlled studies were included; which included 349 cases （205 cases of PI and 144 cases of the control group）. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the positive rate or expression of AsAb in serum were significantly higher in the PI group than in the control group（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion AsAb in serum correlates with PI, so it can be used as a predictor of PI.
