摘  要: 目的了解患者及家属对本院的就医满意度及感受。方法按照预先设计的调查问卷对2016年11月来本院就诊的患者及家属进行随机抽样调查并对结果进行分析。结果患者及家属对本院的就医满意度总体较高,但部分方面较低,需要持续改进。结论医院应重视不足,努力提高医疗服务质量,改善患者及家属就医感受。 Objective To learn the experience and the degree of satisfaction of the patients and their relatives during medical treatment process at our hospital. Methods Using the designed questionnaire, the patients and their relatives who visited our hospital in November, 2016 were randomly sampled and investigated. Results The total satisfaction of the patients and their relatives was in a high degree; however, there still existed some disadvantages and needed to improve the medical service continuously. Conclusion The hospital should attach great importance to the deficiency, improve medical service quality, and continuously satisfy the patients and their relatives.
