摘　　要： 社区矫正作为一种社会化的行刑方式目前在我国已经初步确立,相关法律制度也已初步构建,其在推进依法治国及完善人权方面的重要作用日益凸显。其法律性质表现为并非社区的自治活动,而是一种刑罚执行活动,同时亦是社会管理创新的重要手段。同时,为了为社区矫正制度的构建提供理论先导,故亦有必要对其功能进行科学的分析。 The Community Correction System has primarily legislated as a mode of executing punishment in China. With the establishment of other relevant legal systems, their vital functions on advancing law - based governance of the country and protecting human rights Correction System is a system of executing punishment have become increasingly prominent.
