铁水倾倒过程的热羽流流场特性研究

摘  要: 工业生产中铁水罐以一定角速度旋转,将高温铁水倒入转炉,产生非恒定的热羽流。工况非常复杂,无法实现系统的试验研究。故采用CFD(计算流体力学)方法研究铁水倾倒过程,基于两相流模型结合动网格技术,实现铁水倾倒过程的数值仿真。首先,针对简单二维模型,验证了采用两相流模型进行浮力羽流及浮射流模拟的可行性。然后,考虑了温差对气体粘度的影响,得出各阶段铁水罐和转炉上方尤其是人员操作区域的浮力羽流及浮射流的流场分布。这可为设计外围的通风系统和操作人员的安全防护提供科学的依据。 In industrial production, the iron liquid with high temperature pours from hot metal ladle to converter with a certain angular velocity, and it produces unsteady thermal plume. The condition is very complex, and the experimental study on the system can not be achieved. Therefore, the CFD method was adopted to study the molten iron pouring process, and based on the two phase flow model and the dynamic mesh, the numerical simulation of the molten iron pouring process was accomplished. Firstly, taking a simple two dimensional model as the object, the feasibility of the simulation of buoyant plume and buoyant jet by using two phase flow model was verified. Then, considering the effect of temperature difference on gas viscosity, the flow field distribution of buoyant plume and buoyant jet at the top of hot metal ladle and converter including personnel operating region at each stage during the molten iron pouring process was obtained. This can provide scientific basis for the design of the ventilation system and the operator's safety protection.
