摘 要: 采用铸造模拟软件Any Casting对球墨铸铁机床滑块铸件进行充型、凝固过程模拟。根据铸件金属液的凝固规律,分析出缺陷的分布;通过增大冒口和添加冷铁,改进了工艺方案。模拟结果表明,工艺改进后铸件导轨处的凝固时间明显缩短,顶部缩松缩孔缺陷被完全消除。该研究对同类铸件的工艺设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。 The filling and solidification of nodular cast iron machine sliding block were simulated by using casting simulation software AnyCasting. The distribution of defects was analyzed according to the solidification process of liquid metal of the casting. The casting process was improved by increasing the riser and adding chills. The simulation results show that the solidification time of the casting's guide rail is shortened obviously, and the shrinkage defects at the top are completely eliminated. The results have certain reference and guiding significance for the same kind of casting.
