机械搅拌对Al-4TiB_2中间合金组织的影响

摘  要: 采用氟盐法制备了Al-4Ti B_2中间合金,并利用OM、SEM以及XRD等方法研究了机械搅拌对其显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:随着反应温度的提高和保温时间的延长,Al-4Ti B_2中间合金的反应程度逐渐增加;Ti B_2颗粒尺寸随反应温度的升高而逐渐减小,且分布更均匀。但当反应温度过高时,组织中出现灰色大块状的Al B_(12)相。在较高温度下进行机械搅拌不但可获得更细小的Ti B_2颗粒,还可避免有害相Al B_(12)的生成。 The effects of mechanical stirring on the microstructure of A1-4TiB2 master alloy produced by halide-salts method were investigated by OM, SEM and XRD. The results show that with the increase of reaction temperature and holding time, the reaction extent of Al-4TiB2 master alloy increases gradually. The size of TiB2 particles decreases gradually with the increase of reaction temperature, and its distribution is more uniform. However, when the reaction temperature is too high, the grey block phase of AlB12 appears in the microstructure. Mechanical stirring at higher temperature can not only get more fine TiB2 particles, but also avoid the formation of harmful phase A lB12.
