三元复合驱采油用X65管线钢的焊接与腐蚀行为研究

摘  要: 以三种不同的异种金属焊丝和同质焊丝为填充材料,采油手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG)的方法对X65管线钢进行了焊接处理,对比分析了不同填充材料下焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,三种异种焊丝的焊接接头的焊缝组织都是以马氏体为主,并含有少量残余奥氏体,而同质焊丝焊接接头的焊缝组织为针状铁素体和贝氏体;异种焊丝焊接接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度都高于同质焊丝焊接接头,且随着焊丝中Cr/Ni比例的增加,异种焊丝焊接接头的的屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐增加;三种异种焊丝焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能优于同质焊丝焊接接头,且随着异种焊丝中Cr/Ni比例的增加,焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能变好。 Taking three different dissimilar metal welding wires and homogeneous welding wire as filling materials, the welding tests of X65 pipeline steel were carried out by using manual tungsten electrode argon arc welding (TIG), and the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joints under different filling materials were analyzed and compared. The results show that the microstructure of the joints welded with the three dissimilar welding wires is mainly martensite and a small amount of residual austenite, and the microstructure of the joint welded with the homogeneous welding wire is acicular ferrite and bainite. The yield strength and tensile strength of the joints welded with dissimilar welding wires are higher than that of the joint welded with homogeneous welding wire, and with the increase of the proportion of Cr/Ni in the wire, the yield strength and tensile strength of the dissimilar metal welded joint gradually increase. The corrosion resistances of the joint welded with dissimilar welding wires are better than that of the joint welded with the homogeneous welding wire, and with the increase of the proportion of Cr/Ni in dissimilar welding wires, the corrosion resistance of the welded joint becomes better.
