摘 要: 采用平行法进行爆炸焊接,制备了AZ31B镁合金/2205双相不锈钢复合板。根据经验公式选择爆炸焊接参数,爆炸焊接的装药质量比R为2.7,复板和基板的最小间隙为4.3 mm。试验结果表明,复板上表面除雷管区有微小裂纹外,其它位置平整无缺陷。除去复合板边界效应区,用超声波检测复合板的结合率为98.9%。镁/不锈钢复合板界面拉剪强度为105.63 MPa,拉剪断口呈波浪状,拉剪断裂界面沿镁材撕裂。复合板三点弯曲试验表明,AZ31B_内/2205_外比2205_内/AZ31B_外有更高的弯曲载荷承受能力。 The AZ31B magnesium alloy/2205 dual phase stainless steel composite plate was fabricated by using explosive welding with parallel arrangement. The explosive welding parameters were chosen on the basis of empirical formulas. The charge mass ratio R was 2.7 and the smallest gap between the flyer plate and base plate was 4.3 ram. The experimental results show that the surface of 2205/AZ31B composite plate has no macroscopic crack except for detonator area near the edges. When the boundary effect zone of the composite plate is removed, the composite plate removing crack boundary was subjected to ultrasonic inspection, the bonding ratio of composite plate with ultrasonic test is 98.9%. The tensile shear strength of bonding interface of AZ31B/2205 composite plate is 105.63 MPa. The morphology of tensile shear fracture on both sides appear periodic characteristics. The interface of tensile shear fracture tears along the magnesium alloy. The three-point bending test of composite plate show that the failure resistance of AZ31B plate inside / 2205 plate outside is bigger than that of 2205 inside/AZ31B outside.
