摘　　要： 为建立祛风止痛片中蛇床子素含量测定方法,用于提升对祛风止痛片的质量控制,利用HPLC法测定了祛风止痛片中蛇床子素的含量.具体方法是采用Shim-pack vp-ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长320 nm,流动相为甲醇-水(90∶10),流速:1 mL·min^(-1).检测结果发现蛇床子素在1.0~8.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9 997).精密度RSD值为0.88%,稳定性RSD值为0.58%,平均回收率为97.8%(RSD=0.89%).因此认为该测定方法操作方便,重现性和稳定性都较好,比较适用于祛风止痛片药品的质量控制. In order to control the quality of Qufengzhitong tablets, the osthole content in Qufengzhitong tablets was determined by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic system for determining osthol was adopted with the Shim-pack VP-ODS Cl8 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） , composition of methanol-water （90： 10） as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the 320 nm detection wavelength, and 35 ℃ column temperature. There was a good linearity for the concentration of osthol in the range of 1.0 - 8.0 μg·mL^-1 with r = O. 9997. The RSD of precision and stability was 0. 88% and 0.58% , respectively. The average recovery was 97.8% with RSD = 0.89%. This method is accurate, reliable and easy to operate, which can be used for quality control of the Qufengzhitong tablets.
