摘 要: 以南紫薇种子为材料,用不同浓度EMS溶液进行处理,研究其对紫薇种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,不同浓度的EMS溶液对紫薇种子的发芽势和发芽率均有抑制作用,且浓度越大,抑制作用越显著;当EMS浓度为3.00%时,相对发芽势与相对发芽率分别为56.83%和48.13%,因此EMS诱变紫薇种子的半致死浓度为3.00%;紫薇幼苗的生长发育经低浓度EMS(<1.00%)处理后表现出促进作用,浓度在1.00%时,促进作用最大,而经高浓度(>2.00%)处理后,植株生长发育明显受到抑制. To analyze different concentration of EMS on Lagerstroemia indica L. germination and seedling growth, we mutagenized the seeds of Lagerstroemia indica L by different concentration (0.00% , 0.50% ,1.00% ,1.50% ,2.00% ,2.50% ,3.00% ) EMS. The results showed that EMS with different concentration all have different degrees of inhibition to germination vigor and germination rate. While EMS concentration was 3.00% , relative germination vigor and relative germination rate were 56.83% and 48.13 % respectively. Therefore, the median lethal concentration was 3.00% ; The results showed that the low concentration of EMS ( 〈 1.00% ) promoted growth, and the concentration was 1.00% , the promoting effect is the largest, while the high concentration ( 〉 2. 00% ) inhibited seedling growth.
