摘　　要： 目的：以失独老人这一群体为研究对象，了解其心理状况，提升失独老人的生活质量。方法：对南昌市老城区（东湖区）的156例失独老人采用SCL-90（症状自评量表）进行心理健康状况的测评，并与全国成人SCL-90常摸进行对照。结果：156例失独老人，收集152份有效测评，其中134例为阳性。阳性率约达88．1％。结论：大部分的失独老人都存在一些心理问题，躯体化、效能化、人际关系对调节失独老人的心理健康极为重要。 Objective： To study the elderly group who lost their only child, to understand their psychological situation, to improve their living quality. Methods： The SCL-90 （Symptom Checklist） was used to evaluate the mental health status of 156 elderly people who lost their only child in the old urban area of Nanchang （Donghu District） and compared with the adult SCL-90. Results： in the 156 cases of unidentified elderly, 152 effective evaluations are collected, of which 134 cases are positive. The positive rate is about 88.1%. Conclusion： Most of the aforesaid elderly people have some psychological problems. Somatization, effectiveness, interpersonal relationships are important to improve the mental health of the elderly.
