摘　　要： 情感因素在思想政治教育开展过程中的作用无可替代，在进行思想政治教育的过程中，教育者要保证思想政治教育的方向，明确情感教育的目标，树立与时俱进的教育理念，提升教育者的情感教育认知，积极创新情感教育方法，有效强化情感体验；同时，优化情感教育环境，深入挖掘思想政治教育中的情感教育元素，为情感教育的引入创设人文氛围，激发学生潜能，提高学习的主动性，使得高校思想政治工作更加高效顺利地开展。 Emotional factor plays an irreplaceable role in the ideological and political education. In the process of ideo- logical and political education, educators should ensure that the direction of the ideological and political education, make sure the goal of emotional education, establish the education idea of advancing with the time, improve educators＇ emotional education cognition, innovate emotion education methods, effectively strengthen the emotional experience, optimize the en- vironment of the emotional education at the same time, make full use of the emotion education elements of ideological and political education, create a cultural environment for the introduction of emotional education, inspire students＂ potential, improve their learning initiative, in an attempt to guarantee the ideological and political work efficiently and smoothly.
