摘　　要： 信息项目检测管理缺乏统一信息化平台,检测管理沉淀不足,管理成果难以共享,质量精益化管理水平难以满足降本增效管理的迫切需求。文章首先分析了H集团公司信息化项目检测管理的特点,着重介绍了其管理应用的流程,并展示了新的流程带来的经济效益与社会效益。 Information project inspection management lacks unified information platform, inspection and management of precipitation is insufficient, management effectiveness is difficult to share, the quality of the lean management level is difficult to meet the urgent needs of cost reduction and efficiency management.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of inspection management informatization system project of H group company, emphatically introduces process of its management application, and shows the economic and social benefits brought by adopting new process.
