摘 要: 目的为了进一步提高儿科护理质量,分析和探讨实施出院病人回访制度的价值。方法按照随机数字表的方法从2013年1月1日至2015年12月31日期间来我科住院治疗的热惊厥、癫痫、支原体肺炎、大叶性肺炎、中枢神经系统感染、心肌炎等六大类病人中选取387例患者回访资料进行回顾性分析。结果研究显示,回访工作得到了普遍认可,在三年回访中患者(患者家长)满意度为365/387(94.32%),其中上门回访的满意度(95.40%)明显高于电话回访(92.06%);随着回访工作的持续开展以及回访技巧的改进,回访满意率由2013年的93.39%提高到2015年的95.52%。结论将出院病人回访制度应用于儿科诊疗工作中,有利于增加医患之间的沟通和相互了解,提高了患者(患者家长)的信任度和满意度,效果显著,值得推广和应用。 Objective to further improve pediatric nursing quality, analyze and discuss value of visit back system of discharged patients. Methods choose 387 cases patients with febrile convulsion, epilepsy, mycoplasma pneumonia, lobar pneumonia, central nervous system infection, myocarditis hospitalized in pediatrics department from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2015 according to random number table method, review and analyze their visiting data. Results rresearch showed visit back work had been generally recognized, satisfaction degree of patients(parents of patients) during three years was 365/387(94.32%), and satisfaction degree of home visit(95.40%) was significantly higher than telephone visit(92.06%). With continuous progress of visit back work and improvement of visit skills, visit satisfaction rate increased fi'om 93.39% in 2013 to 95.52% in 2015. Conclusion applying discharged patient visit system to pediatric treatment work, is conducive to improving of doctor-patient communication and mutual understanding, enhancing trust and satisfaction degree of patients (parents of patients) with significant effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
