摘　　要： 精馏塔全塔效率测定实验数据处理中需要交替使用相平衡方程和操作方程进行逐板下行计算,传统的手工图解法和新开发的数据处理软件存在工作量大、可靠性差、实验教学质量无法保证的弊端.结合实例,选择分段拟合法探讨了Origin 8.0软件在精馏实验中的应用.该操作简单易懂,有效地提高了学生的实验数据处理和准确分析能力. During the experimental data processing of determining distillation tray efficiency, a plate-by-plate calculation method is needed by alternately using equations of phase equilibrium and equations of operating line. The traditional manual graphical method and new exploitative data processing software have many defects such as heavy workload, low reliability and poor quality of experiment teaching. Combining an example, the application of Origin 8.0 software in distillation experiment has been discussed with the subsection fitting method. This process is easy to understand. It is also useful for improving students’ ability of experimental data processing and accurate analysis.
