摘　　要： 实习基地是农业职教师资培养的场所之一,教育教学实习基地和专业实习基地缺一不可。目前,农业职教师资培养实习基地建设存在基地类型不完善、基地建设标准不完善、合作主体单一等问题。为了提高农业职教师资培养的质量,需要科学选择实习基地、提高师资队伍水平、加强基地间的有机融合、建立长期稳定的交流制度等。 Practice base is one of the training places for agricultural vocational teachers education,education teaching practice base and professional practice base are indispensable. At present,there are some problems in the construction of training bases for agricultural vocational education teachers,such as imperfect base type and singleness of cooperation subjects. In order to improve the quality of agricultural vocational education teachers,it is necessary to select the practice base scientifically,improve the level of teachers,strengthen the organic integration between bases,and establish a long-term and stable exchange system.
