摘　　要： 动物性食品理化检验学是动物检疫专业的专业必修课,具有很强的实践性,其实验课教学安排是否合理关乎整个课程的教学质量。为此,动物性食品理化检验学课程组在实验教学过程中更新了教学理念,优化了实验教学内容,改进了教学方法,革新了考核方式,激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的动手能力,使学生具备了较强的理论和实验操作技能,实验结果分析和实验报告撰写能力和水平得到大幅提升,为将来从事相关工作打下了坚实的基础。 Physical and Chemical Animal Food Testing is a professional required course of animal quarantine specialty which is of a strong practical characteristic,so the reasonable experimental teaching arrangement will decide the teaching quality of this course. Therefore,The teaching group of Physical and Chemical Animal Food Testing updated the teaching idea,perfected the experimental teaching content,improved the teaching methods,reformed the examination ways during the experimental teaching,which raising the study enthusiasm of students,training the manipulative ability to make students being of good theoretical ability and experimental skills,improve the students' ability on the analysis of experimental results and writing of experimental report so as to prepare for the related work in the future.
