摘 要: "芒羌"鸡爪谷酒酿制技艺是夏尔巴人在适应陈塘沟自然环境的基础上创造出来的非物质文化遗产,不仅是人们须臾不可分离的重要饮品,也是夏尔巴人的民族象征物、夏尔巴男性生活方式的体现物和夏尔巴妇女的淘金宝库。只有按照整体性原则保护陈塘沟的生态环境,将鸡爪谷酒改良成重要的旅游体验物,才能使这一非物质文化遗产技艺得到更好的传承。 As intangible cultural heritage,Sherpas’'Mang-qiang'wine-making technique is in response to their nature environment in Chentanggou of Tibet,which not only has always been an important drink in Chentanggou,but also has been the essential symbol of Sherpas.Moreover,it plays an important role in Sherpas’men and women lifestyles.In order to transmit it from generation to generation,local people must protect Chentanggou’s nature environment according to holistic principles in Tibet,and make tourists taste the wine in contemporary.
