摘　　要： 2016年,吴英杰书记在西藏自治区经济工作会议上提出经济发展"要处理好发挥优势和补齐短板的关系",为西藏产业优化提供了思路。要素禀赋理论认为,比较优势根源于国家或地区生产并出口那些生产要素资源禀赋较为丰富的商品。因此,在国家经济发展新常态时期和供给侧结构性改革大背景下,西藏产业优化发展要充分认识自身的比较优势,同时看到现有短板,变禀赋优势为经济发展优势。本文在分析西藏产业优化发展的优势和短板后,提出西藏产业优化发展路径。 Under the background of the new normal period of national economic development and the structural reform of the supply side,the development of Tibet’s industry should be fully aware of its comparative advantages and the development of the short board,and change the advantages of natural resources for economic development advantages.After analyzing the advantages and the short board of Tibet industry,this paper puts forward the idea and development path of Tibet industry optimization development.
