摘　　要： 2016年12月31日,西藏自治区党委书记吴英杰在全区自治区经济工作会上明确提出要处理好"十三对关系",其中之一就是"要处理好企业增产提效和改善企业职工福利待遇、促进农牧民群众增收的关系"。本文从西藏企业增产提效与惠及民生的视角研究此关系,通过分析处理西藏企业增产提效与惠及民生关系的必要性,诠释西藏企业增产提效与惠及民生关系的内涵,并提出处理好西藏企业增产提效与惠及民生关系的对策建议。 From the Tibet enterprises in increasing production efficiency and benefit the livelihood of this relationship,this article,by analyzing the necessity of handling of the Tibet enterprise production relationship effect and benefit people’s livelihood,interprets the connotation of relationship between the benefit of the people’s livelihood and increasing efficiency of enterprises in Tibet,and puts forward the production relationship between efficiency and benefit the people’s livelihood policies deal with Tibet enterprise.
