摘 要: 采用微波消解法对黑枸杞样品进行前处理,原子吸收光谱法对黑枸杞及其浸泡液中K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 8种矿物质含量进行测定,计算出黑枸杞浸泡液中各矿物质元素的溶出率,并进行加标回收率及精密度试验。样品测定结果的相对偏差为0.172%~1.317%,各元素的加标回收率在91.0%~106.0%之间。结果表明:黑枸杞中含有丰富的对人体有益的矿物质元素,其浸泡液中矿物质元素的溶出率与浸泡时间相关,且溶出率顺序为Zn>K>Ca>Mn>Na>Mg>Cu>Fe,所得数据为黑枸杞的进一步研究及综合开发利用提供参考。 The contents Lycium ruthenicum Murr. samples were pretreated by microwave digestion method,8kinds of mineral in Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and its soaking liquid were tested by atomic absorption for K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn. The dissolution rate of the mineral elements in the soaking liquid of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. was calculated,and the recovery rate and precision test was carried out.The relative standard deviation is 0.172 %-1.317 %,the recovery rate of the elements were between 106 % and 91 %.The results show that the beneficial elements are richer in the Lycium ruthenicum Murr. The dissolution rate of mineral elements in the soaking solution was related to the soaking time,and the dissolution rates of the each mineral elements ranked as the following Zn > K > Ca > Mn > Na > Mg > Cu > Fe,The obtained date provide the new scientific evidences for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr..
