基于OpenFOAM的动网格程序开发及其在启门泄流模拟中的应用

摘  要: 为解决固定闸门开度研究方法无法准确描述启门泄流过程水力特性变化的问题,基于开源计算流体力学软件OpenFOAM二次开发了适用于平板、弧形闸门沿预定轨迹连续开启的动网格类,并以瀑布沟水电站泄水建筑物水工模型为例,验证了程序的可靠性与网格收敛性。结果表明,该程序在捕捉自由水面、求解下泄流量及流场瞬态水力特性方面表现突出,且发现《溢洪道设计规范》会显著高估闸门连续开启工况的下泄流量值。 For solving the issue that the transitional hydraulic characteristics of discharging process at working conditions of opening sluice gates can not be illustrated accurately by the method of stationary opening sluice gates,dynamic mesh class is carried out aiming at simulation of sliding plain and radial gates based on the OpenFOAM platform,an open source CFD software.Both program validation and grid convergence analysis are conducted by taking the release structure model of Pubugou hydropower station as the research object.The results show that the proposed program performs prominently on capturing free surface,solving discharge and transient hydraulic characteristics.Besides,the magnitude of discharge under sliding gates conditions is significantly overstated by the applicable standard ' Design Code for Spillway'.
