水力插板透水式双丁坝坝头局部冲刷优化试验

摘  要: 水力插板透水丁坝为一种新型丁坝,丁坝坝头局部冲刷严重危害丁坝的稳定性和安全性,而双丁坝是丁坝群的组成单元,合理的布置和设计双丁坝至关重要。在第一个丁坝布置的情况下,通过改变丁坝间距及第二个丁坝的挑角、透水率、长度进行单因素试验,获得各单因素与第二个丁坝坝头冲刷坑深度的回归方程,再从每组单因素试验结果中选择最佳试验水平,利用L9(34)正交试验设计表设计4因素3水平的正交试验。结果表明,4个单因素对第二个丁坝坝头冲刷坑深度的影响为丁坝间距>丁坝长度>丁坝透水率>丁坝挑角。进而获得以减小丁坝坝头冲刷坑深度为目的的水力插板透水式双丁坝经济合理的设计参数和布置方案为丁坝间距90cm,第一、二个丁坝长度分别为30、25cm,第一、二个丁坝透水率为30%,第一、二个丁坝挑角为60°。 Hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike is a new kind of spur dike,local scour of jetty head about hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike seriously affects the stability and safety of hydraulic flashboard.Double spur dike is a unit of spur dike group.So,layout and design of double spur dike is very important.Under the arrangement of first spur dike,the single factor experiment was carried out by changing groin spacing,layout angle,the permeable rate of hydraulic flashboard and the length of the spur dike.The regression equation between single factor and the depth of the second jetty head scour was obtained.By choosing the best test level in each group of single factor test results,the orthogonal experiment of 4factors and 3levels was designed by using the L9(34)orthogonal experiment design table.The results of orthogonal experiment show that the influence extent of the depth of the second jetty head scour about the 4factors is sorted as:groin spacing>the length of the spur dike>the permeable rate of spur dike>layout angle.In order to reduce the jetty head flush,the optimal design parameter and layout scheme of double hydraulic flashboard permeable spur dike can be listed as follows:the groin spacing is 90 cm,the length of the first spur dike is 30 cm,the length of the second spur dike is 25 cm,the permeable rate of first and second hydraulic flashboard is 30%,the layout-angle of first and second spur dike is 60°.
