太湖沉积物中有效态砷的释放
Release of Available Arsenic in Sediments from Taihu Lake

摘  要: 近年来,水体砷(As)污染逐渐加重,沉积物作为水体污染物的内源,其释放的As可能是造成水体As污染的重要原因。利用ZrO-Chelex薄膜梯度扩散技术(ZrO-Chelex DGT)原位、同步获取太湖沉积物中有效态As和Fe的高分辨垂向信息,并考察两者之间的关系。结果发现,太湖北部湖区上覆水总As和溶解态As的浓度较高,4个采样点总As均超过中国的生活饮用水标准(10μg/L);沉积物中As的赋存形态主要为Fe结合态。沉积物中DGT有效态As和Fe随深度有升高趋势,部分样点有效态As在升高后出现降低;有效态As和Fe在3个样点分布相似,呈现显著相关,表明沉积物As的释放受Fe还原过程的控制;但在另外3个样点分布不同,表明存在其他主导机制控制沉积物中As的释放,需做进一步研究。 Arsenic(As)pollution in natural water gradually increases in recent years.The sediment is an endogenous source of water pollutant and the release of As from sediments is an important cause of As pollution in water.ZrO-Chelex DGT was used to obtain high-resolution vertical information of labile As and Fe in sediments from Taihu Lake,and the relationship between them was also investigated.The results show that the concentrations of the total As and dissolved As in the overlying water exceeded the WHO limit(10μg/L)in the four sampling sites.The distribution pattern of As in sediments was mainly Fe-bound with traditional chemical analysis.The DGT measured concentration of labile As and Fe in sediments increased with depth and As decreased after increasing in some sampling sites.It appeared similar distribution of labile As and Fe in three samples,showing that the release of As in the sediments was affected by reduction process of Fe.However,it shows different distribution of the two elements in the other three samples,which demonstrates that there are other dominant mechanisms controlling the release of As in sediments,and further study is needed.
