摘 要: 在钛硅分子筛晶种合成过程中加入高聚物作为共模板剂,合成了立方型结构的分子筛。以这种分子筛作为晶种制备出了(303)晶面取向的立方型钛硅分子筛膜。该钛硅分子筛膜与椭球型钛硅分子筛膜相比,生长结构更加的致密且具有取向性,膜厚度在2.5μm,是椭球型钛硅分子筛膜厚度的1/3倍,但He气体渗透通量是椭球型钛硅分子筛膜的7倍。 In the synthesis of titanium silicon molecular sieve seed,adding high polymer as template agent,cubic structure of molecular sieve was synthesized.In this molecular sieve as the seed preparation(303)crystal plane orientation of the cubic type titanium silicon molecular sieve membrane.The titanium silicon molecular sieve membrane compared with ellipsoid type titanium silicon molecular sieve membrane,growth structure more compact and orientation resistance,film thickness in 2.5μm,is ellipsoid model of the titanium silicon molecular sieve film thickness 1/3times,but He gas permeation flux was ellipsoid type titanium silicon molecular sieve membrane seven times.
