摘　　要： 双锥干燥器在化工制药厂广泛使用,由双锥干燥器操作维护不当引发的水击、静电爆燃等伤害事故时有发生。正确合理使用双锥干燥器,消除水击、静电隐患,保证操作人员人身安全,积极预防设备事故的发生尤其重要。指出了双锥干燥器使用过程中存在的问题,针对存在的危险因素进行有效的预防,以防止和减少事故的发生。 Double cone dryer is widely used in chemical pharmaceutical factory,which is caused by water shock and electrostatic explosion caused by improper operation and maintenance of double cone dryer.Proper use of double cone dryer,eliminate water shock,electrostatic hazard,ensure the safety of operators,and prevent the accident of equipment is especially important.The problems existing in the use of bicone dryer are pointed out,and effective prevention is carried out to prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
