摘 要: 以半胱氨盐酸盐为原料,与三种有机酸和含取代基的吡啶杂环化合物反应,进而设计合成了3种未见报道的N-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶基酰胺类化合物,利用~1 H NMR对产品进行了结构表征。通过在氟吡菌酰胺(Fluopyram)基础上引入康宽(Coragen)、硫原子等基团以提高此类化合物的杀虫杀菌活性。生物测定结果表明目标化合物杀虫杀菌效果良好。 Three non-reported N-3-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridylamide compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of cysteine hydrochloride,three organic acids and partially substituted pyridine.Their structures were characterized by ~1 H NMR and element analysis.The Coragen group and sulfur were introduced into the structure of Fluopyram to improve the insecticidal activity and bactericidal activity,which were proved good by the bioassay.
