摘 要: 采用熔融酯交换缩聚法,以碳酸二苯酯(DPC)和双酚(BPA)为原料合成聚碳酸酯(PC)。探究了多种缩聚催化剂合成的聚碳酸酯,并以氢氧化四丁基铵(TBAOH)为酯交换催化剂,乙酰丙酮锂(Liacac)为缩聚催化剂。研究了物料配比,催化剂用量,缩聚温度和缩聚时间等工艺条件对产物黏均相对分子质量和色差等参数的影响。其最佳反应条件是:1mol BPA用n(TBAOH)=5×10^(-4) mol,n(Liacac)∶n(BPA)=1.0×10-4,原料配比:n(DPC)∶n(BPA)=1.06∶1,缩聚温度为265℃,缩聚时间为30min,并通过紫外分光光度计、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)等仪器对合成出的聚碳酸酯进行了表征。得到的聚碳酸酯(PC)玻璃化转变温度Tg=147℃,数均相对分子质量超过19 000,相对分子质量分布为2.427。 Polycarbonate was synthesized from diphenyl carbonate(DPC)and bisphenol(BPA)by melt transesterification polycondensation.We explored polycarbonate synthesized by a variety of polycondensation catalyst that TBAOH was used as the transesterification catalyst and Liacac acetylacetonate as the polycondensation catalyst.The effects of material ratio,catalyst dosage,polycondensation temperature and on polycondensation time for viscosity average molecular weight and chromatic aberration were studied.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n(TBAOH)=5×10^(-4) mol for 1mol,n(Liacac):n(BPA)=1.0×10^(-4),raw material ratio:n(DPC)∶n(BPA)=1.06∶1,polycondensation temperature was 265 ℃,polycondensation time was 30 min.The polycarbonate was characterized by UV spectrophotometer,gel permeation chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and the like.The resulting polycarbonate(PC)had a glass transition temperature Tg=147 ℃,Mn=19 000,Mn/Mw=2.427.
